This air pump runs quieter than any of this type I've ever heard before. It has excellent filtration for incoming air, recommends replacing the diaphragms when they wear out from use, and has the replacement parts readily available. It's got bubbles roiling out of four big air stones and could easily handle more.We've used a series of extremely loud air pumps for our Koi pond for the past decade or so, so loud they've been the first thing we hear when we step out back. They've been pretty much 'disposable', since I've been unable to find replacement parts for them, so they've been tossed out after a couple years.I got a couple of the repair kits and expect to be using this pump for a long time.

Love the pump, feels good quality, pumps a lot of air, very happy. Only thing is I wish it came with caps for the air outlets

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased this unit about 18 months ago, everything was great. Yesterday I hear this loud noise coming from my fish room. I find out it's this unit and it's very warm. Turned it off and contacted the manufacturer. Horrible service, they want video (which you can't send to them) and a bunch of other stuff. Well, here's the video....Ok, so customer service went out of their way to make it right and sent me the parts needed to fix this. Took a little over a week to receive them and about 15 min to install. Everything is working perfect now.

It definitely met my expectation seems to be quality material

I was really excited to try this product, but the manifold for the product isn’t as described in the pictures.The picture of the manifold specifically shows 3/8” barb outlets - they are actually much smaller than that, probably meant for small aquarium air rocks.I bought this for use in my pond and I cannot use this air pump with the manifold provided.I know that AquaMiracle has pond pump kits on Amazon with 3/8” air hose diffusers and bib adapters for their air pumps, but those pumps are much weaker and they do not sell the bib adapters and 3/8” hose adapters/diffuser manifolds for their pumps separately, making a unit of this size worthless unless you’re using a dozen aquarium air rocks.Update: The seller reached out to me and volunteered a full refund because I wasn’t fully satisfied with my product (they did not even ask me to return the pump). Absolutely outstanding customer service when a seller stands by their product 100%. Upgrading my review to 5 stars - I can use the money to purchase the materials I need to make their product work for me. They even gave a recommendation as to what purchase.
