What are the actual ingredients in this product?

Black Seed 204mg, Pau D'arco Bark 68 mg, Grapefruit seed extract 2 mg, concord grape wine, filtered water, grain alcohol USP 21% per volume. As per label on bottle. The solution smells like wine, and alcohol, I used two bottles of the stuff on my cats and see no difference or any improvement in immune health. I will not buy it again, it is expensive and does not work. See a vet instead save your money and animals health.

What is the shelf life on this item?

It is at least 3 years. I just received product to be sold on Amazon, and the expiry date is Nov 30, 2022; well over 3years. Buy with confidence from Medspa and you will not be disappointed

It's been quite awhile since I bought a new bottle and I can't say for certain but I think it was safety sealed. Sorry I can't be more definitive. I only use it as needed and to keep as part of my medicine/first aid kit. The 4 oz bottle lasts me a long time.
