Good product for an affordable price
I bought the gas stove for my elderly parents it’s easy to use and clean, good product at an affordable price.

The actual product looks different than the image here.
I bought this product because I liked the stainless steel design, especially the knobs are steel coloured too... yet the actual product has black, ugly looking knobs.. ordered a replacement specially mentioning about the knobs yet still got the exact same thing... either restock the picture-like model or change the item catalog picture..

Worst Gas Stove
This gas stove is blackening the utensils right from day one. Also gas stove stops abruptly causing gas leakage.Even their service persons are unable to fix it.This is the summary of two months, since I purchased it.

Dont buy sunflame products
Its truly a disgrace and shameful that even after submitting a complain to your customer service on 12/feb/2025 with request no : SR HAR250212329766 for product SEPL. I have received No confirmation calls or any kind of assistance from such a reputable brand service center !At the time of registering complain, it was assured to me that it will get sorted out within 48 hours!However its been a week but no action has been taken on my complain!If you cant provide service support to your customers, i dont understand why should a customer trust your product and purchase it!Its truly a dissapointment !
