Perfect replacement for NEC FL10W
This product works exactly as intended and eliminates the need for the starter fuse. You still need ballast between the electricity source and the lamp, but the color temperature, brightness, ease of installation, increased energy efficiency, AND the increased longevity make this a fantastic value for your money. Bravo to this company for a truly great product.

Perfect fit and very nice upgrade!
Needed a new 13" florescent bulb since the 22 year old one finally died. This was exactly a perfect plug and play and nice upgrade to anyone who needs a replacement. Cooler in temp, no glass and nice and bright.Pretty good price for a nice upgrade for a pachislo.This one is pretty bright so possibly recommend a step lower or rotate the tube backwards if it's too bright.

Works perfectly to replace FL10N Japanese Bulbs
I was nervous about replacing the bulbs in my Japanese Pachislot Machine since they are a very specific bulb type that is very expensive to export (FL10N). I am happy to report that these slotted right in, and worked immediately and perfectly. What a relief. The quality of light is fantastic and looks original.

not well constructed
It was shipped quickly but it had some manufacturing flaws. First, the internal 2 pin connector had come loose in shipping. Second, the wires on the other side were loosely crimped to the 2 posts. Since this was a specialty piece of equipment, I removed the pins and ran the wires directly to the ballast by soldering them and insulating with heat shrink. All in all, it added about 2 hours of labor to the repair by trying to figure out why it did not work.
