Works fine after mod
Seems to be heavy quality so far.You have to do a little mod to use it with a milspec headset.Black and white wires stay how they are. Cut red and yellow wires and cross connect them (red to yellow). After that it worked with my OpsCore Amps perfectly fine.Let’s not forget it’s a $40 PTT and a $35 radio and it does it’s job pretty well at the outdoor range. To compare it with an OpsCore PTT and any military grade radio in a $1000 range is of course impossible and unfair.

Solid but doesn’t work normally without mod
Product came on time, no issues with packaging.Overall it looks and feels strong and heavy duty enough to be beat up and ran in the field.Fits right up to my BF radio, Disco32 discus and comtacs. Everything seats as normally as it should. You are able to hear and transmit but it’s a little shaky. Although the transmission is shaky it also broadcasts through one ear muff quietly and through the actual mic load AF.After reading around you will have to conduct a mod in order to increase the PTTs efficiency.

Didn't work for me
I tried with two different headsets (Sordin and Peltor) and it didn't work

Not clear about compatibility
First one that I received was DOA and the button would not trigger transmit on the radio. After receiving the replacement I found, after some searching, that despite using the same plug that there are two wiring standards for the U-174 plug and that this PTT is wired for the civilian standard and will not work with my OpScore headset which is wired for the military standard. I'm surprised that it works at all, but it causes the radio to be extremely quiet in the headset, even when cranked to full volume.
