Bright and pretty
I’m really happy with this purchase. It went well with my daughter’s Glow Art party. The only thing is it does not glow in the dark but I did embellish it with some neon glue colors to highlight the letters in order for it to glow in the dark. It is fabric like material too. It brought a couple of strings for the side holes to hold it on a pole but the Art place allowed us to pin it up. It’s really big too and everyone said it was beautiful when it glowed. So if interested buy some neon glue and go over the letters to help it light up.It really was a great birthday banner add on! Would completely recommend!

I am a DIY mommy. We love at home parties. I purchased this for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. She loves to paint so we had a paint party. This was the perfect back drop. I added balloons (not pictured).
