Gives me good energy throughout the day without the jitters. If iv got one of days where I just can't be bothered, well this changesthat. Much prefer this organicversion, definitely feel better on itthan the normal 1. Helps a little with appetite regulation, although I would say quite a few would need to be consumed throughout the day for that, plus if you are caffeine sensitive them this product might affect you. It makes me a little thirsty, so I'm drinking extra water during the day. Very happy with product and will continue to take for as long as needed.

The ones I normally use from Bulk were out of stock so bought these as they are an Amazon recommendation. Whereas I take one of the Bulk capsules and they give a really good long smooth alertness and anti fatigue effect, I have to take 2 of these and still they aren't as effective.

Good product not as good as others but still good

I first came across guarana many years ago, when I was a lot more active. Back in my younger days I was weight-training four times a week, and swimming every other day, and found that a daily supplement of guarana definitely provided me with more pep for my intense workouts. I hadn’t used guarana since those days, but as I’ve been feeling tired lately (falling asleep when reading, or watching TV), I thought I’d try out these capsules, and I have to say they do make me feel more energetic and alert.It’s true that part of the ‘guarana effect’ is due to the high concentration of caffeine contained within this herb. By weight, it may contain up to 5.8% caffeine, in contrast to coffee which has up to 2%. However, my understanding is that it’s the other chemicals contained within guarana which help to make it such an effective stimulant. Although the pack suggests taking two capsules per day (1000mg), I’m receiving the desired benefits by swallowing only 1x capsule (500mg) per day. It’s worth mentioning that some studies suggest that taking just 75mg has been proven to have positive effects. So, for my usage, I have three months supply in this self-seal pack.I like that this supplement is organic, vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. Given the quality, and effectiveness of these guarana tablets, and their reasonable price (they presently work out at just 9p per capsule), I have no hesitation in recommending this product to you.
