Q: Will this set-off the backup sensors in my 2019 Ram 1500? The last step I tried did and had to go back.

No problem with rear sensors on my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie.

Q: Any issues with this step interfering with the backup sensors on a 2019 f150?

Not on my 2020 F150. No problems at all

Q: Does this come with the pin if not what pin do you need

Hi Andrew, we do not include a pin. It is designed for a 5/8" pin and we would recommend a locking hitch pin so that your step can't be easily stolen. Thanks
