Great product for the money
The product I purchased was the S7505 model, and I really enjoy it. I’ve used it almost every day since it arrived and will continue to do so. The audio is very crisp and had a nice bass to it for a medium sized speaker. It’s very nice that it‘a waterproof as well. I really like the little loop it has to attach a handle to. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a nice speaker. I am considering purchasing another one to use for a stereo pair as well.One con, my speaker came with a cable that looked rusted. The reason I kept 5 stars was that when I contacted the company, their rep was fantastic and shopped a new charging cable immediately! Fantastic service and product.

Easy poolside speaker
This was really easy to connect to my phone and the connection was perfect. No blips or fuzzy feedback. My far more expensive soundbar doesn't work this well playing music from my phone. I get the best sound when sort of angled toward the listening area. It hasn't gotten soaked but no issues by the pool so far.

Works well but pairing cannot be too far apart
Love these speakers, there are upgraded ones available for a higher price but these work for our needs, they have a very smooth sound quality, but cannot be paired too far apart. 15 ft max.

Not worth 50 bucks
Bought this for work to replace a 5 year old JBL Flip that died. The sound of the Philips to the JBL is much worse, like comparing 3D to 1D. The JBL has a nicer stereo sound while the Philips sounds like it is mono. Needs more precise volume adjustment too. It's either 1 level too loud or 1 too soft

Decent Sound Quality; No Microphone
The sound quality is pretty decent on this Philips S5505 bluetooth speaker. I have it set up on my home office desk and connected to my MacBook to listen to music while I work. One downside I've come across is there isn't a microphone as part of the speaker, so when a phone call comes in (iPhone > MacBook), or if I join a Zoom call, I have to quickly mess with the sound settings to get audio back to my MacBook. Otherwise the other party can't hear me.
