Wrong power cable was sent. Contacted Amazon and they said to send it back for a refund. Surely they can replace the cable but no..... not their problem. I read a few reviews afterwards and other buyers were also complaining about the same issue with the wrong power cable - shame on you BenQ and Amazon. Very disappointing

This monitor is amazing for PC gaming at 4K 144Hz, and also works well with PS5 for 4K 120Hz.This monitor has the latest input technologies to save you space and headache since these ports are the new generation you can input 4K 144Hz through a single display port cable or HDMI.Very clean aesthetics on this monitor and the ambient lighting from the back definitely makes for a premium feeling around your gaming setup.As for the panel, the colors are great, gets very bright and there is no ghosting using the #1 boost setting.Though this is not an IPS panel as far as I am aware so there is a bit of light bleed and the viewing angles aren’t the best I’ve seen. As for features though it works with 4K 144 G-Sync and HDR all at the same time and requires no extra setup, and the HDR is phenomenal in my opinion, definitely helps bring everything to life.Overall I love this monitor for PC and console gamingIt has all the features you’ll need from a high resolution/refresh rate monitor!One side note: When HDR is on the brightness is set to maximum which is a little weird but it looks amazing and isn’t too bright even playing in a dark room at night, just something to mention.

It's not an easy job to find all you need in one monitor but BenQ MOBIUZ EX2710U checked all the boxes with flying flag. It works great for both gamers and content creators. It supports both HDMI 2.1 144hz (x2) & Display Port 1.4 (x1), it can't be better than this to setup your devices with dual monitors to extend/mirror your work. Not much of a gamer but it's great to have the best of both worlds.It's a bit pricey here in Saudi Arabia while the US price tag has been dropped around $300 less at the moment! My advice is to wait a little bit longer till that happens and hope you get such a great monitor cheaper and save some money as well. Actually this is what I'm doing right now cuz I'm planning to get another one! Good luck!

This monitor is a great all around monitor.1. Great Speakers that are on par with high end TVs2. Crystal clear 4k3. A remote that allows you to control all monitor settings from volume to the RGB lights on the back4. Amazing stand that has a lot of versatilityNo other monitor will give you all these features in one package.** When playing on a PS5 or Xbox you will get flickering if you play with HDR mode occasionally. I turned my HDR mode off and it stopped the flickering. Also by turning HDR mode off you can adjust the settings to much better to get the picture quality that is amazing!!!! You must turn HDR mode on/off via the console you are playing on**
