Rich, easy to apply, great product
I use more pumps of the product than the directions say to, but I have a LOT of hair and it's blond, highly processed so it's super dry. My hair loves this stuff! So glad I came across it and bought it on a whim.

Not authentic
Item received unsealed and after I tried it does not seem to be authentic at all. I have used Fekkai products in the past and this does not meet up to the Fekkai standards I’m use to. Will return for refund.

I love Frederick fekkai anything
Cheers, you really can’t go wrong with Frederick fekkai products, I have never been unhappy with a single one, and I’ve tried everything. If you’re Hair tends to Frizzz, or it’s not as soft as you’d like a shampoos and conditioner, and most importantly a leave in treatment and I promise you’ll thank me.

Tape placed on lid never comes off! stickiness on tape lasts the entire time U have this! Yuk! Yuk!
THEY HAVE RUINED THE BOTTLE - YOU CANNOT GET THE STICKY OUTSIDE TAPE CRAP OFF THE BOTTLE, SO WHEN YOU TRY PULLING THE CAPPED LID OFF TO USE THE PRODUCT, THEY PRETTY MUCH FIXED IT WITH DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE WHERE FROM THE TIME YOU GET THIS PRODUCT AND OPEN IT, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO - YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH STICKY TAPE EACH TIME YOU TOUCH THE CAP TO TAKE IT OFF??? WHO WOULD NOT HAVE BETTER SENSE THAN TO DO THIS? IT IS NUTS! TODAY IT IS NOT ABOUT PLEASING A CUSTOMER, IT IS ABOUT THEM PLACING TAPE ON THE OUTSIDE IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY VIRTUALLY DESTROY THE PROPERTY, BUT THEY HAVE MADE SURE IT SHIPS WITHOUT SPILLING!!!! THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY TAPING IT SO THE LID WON'T MOVE AND YOU ARE MISERABLE THE ENTIRE TIME YOU OWN THIS POORLY HANDLED PRODUCT - SUCH STUPIDITY FOLKS! DO NOT BUY!

It's not easy to find hair products that are FREE OF DAMAGING SILICONES, SULFATES, PARABENS, PHTHALATES, etc. This blowout balm does not contain any of them! It's suggested that we use 1 - 2 pumps before blow drying to protect against breakage & to tames frizz, but I have found that I need to apply much more than that for my shoulder length hair.
