I select one or two exercise from each category daily depends on how much time I have and how I feel. Timeframe 20-45 mins, 3 time/10 reps.

How to hang this by string?

This is poster size and it has all the exercises needed to stay fit. If you already know how to do the exercises the poster is a reminder of the exercise you can do in different categories anytime you are ready. I used a poster frame to hold the print. It is light enough to put on wall, use adhesive strips, attach a thin wire or string behind the frame. I did not attach to wall it is freestyle I take wherever I want to exercise and easy to store when not in use. I do not like to put these kinds of item on my walls.

The dimensions say product dimensions ‎30"l x 204"w. that can't be right. what are the actual dimensions?

My pic will not upload. The poster size width 17 inches wide and about 30 inches long. It fits in a poster frame measured sized - 21 inches by 30.5 inches. The picture part shows the title-Body Weight Exercise on top, all the exercises and the VIVA on the bottom on the poster- measured 19”x 29”.

Exercise poster

I wish the pictures were a bit bigger. My eyes aren't what they use to be. I have it up on my wall to workout. I just have to keep stopping to get a bit closer to see what I want to do next.

When it arrives.

The poster itself is good but only down side is when it came it was rolled up I know its probably the only way they could of sent it I had to use 4 weights to put on all 4 corners to help flatten it out bit of a pain to b honest.

Roll it the other way

It arrived rolled up just rolled it the other way round put it back inside leave it for a couple of hours and this is the result no need for tape around it,😁 I'm very happy with it.
