baleafWomen's Racerback Athletic One Piece Modest Bathing Suit

Good quality.
This is a very nice front and rear lined bathing suit. It fits well almost too tight but it will fit better the more I wear it. I wear it for water aerobics and like the full coverage. The material is polyester/with liners front back. This is a very nice suit. Worth the (short) price. I may buy another one or two.

the swimsuit I wanted...but check this sizing info
I didn't give 5 stars ONLY because it hasn't been in the water yet, so I haven't assessed how the suit soaks and 'drags' or holds up yet. But it looks excellent and I really would give it 5 stars I'm sure once I've swum.Now...as to sizing and fit...I'm 5 ft 6.5 inches and approx. 195 lbs (recently ~215, so I wasn't leaping to fit smaller just yet, in case who knows...). In addition, my fitting issue is that my chest is always an inch bigger than my hips proportionately, while all the women's sizing charts show the reverse, ie hips a bit bigger than chest measurement. That being said, I was looking for some level of comfortable/sporty chest support and compression in this suit because I want to lap swim, and I don't need an additional pocket of water between my boobs dragging down my suit, slowing me down, and needing me to yank up and remove said water every lap or so. So, I was happy to roll the dice on a smaller chest size suit for a better swim fit. On a side note, for this purpose, I do wish the neck was cut a bit higher. Please note that it's a little more scoop-y than sport needs would dictate.I first ordered the 42, based on the measurements in the bust-waist-hip sizing chart (I'm 45.5-38-44.5) that Baleaf provides in this listing, but the suit felt too big...the crotch fell a little lower, there were a few folds between the boobs, and the thigh openings seem to fall lower than my thigh crease and turn into some sort of boy short thing. I did a little more investigation, and found this other chart that I'm attaching which I dug up somewhere on some reviewer's site, and boy, was it helpful. It shows sizing by height and weight, rather than by B-W-H measurements, and of course, YMMV but I think it should be taken into account for size. The suit stretches both ways, so some people might use the stretch horizontally if needed, or those with short or long torsos should take this into account as well. I have long legs, hence I needed less stretchy torso length if that makes sense. That's why the 42 crotch was falling lower for me.I ordered the 40 and it fit just right. Which, if I had gone strictly by the B-W-H chart, I wouldn't even have tried (because note that my bust measurement would have been 4" bigger than the suit size maximum! I didn't even need to re-try the 42 but I did since I had both in the house, and there was no comparison. I would even say I'm hovering on the edge of 38. Like if I was a competition swimmer getting the classic tight fit, I would be able to go with 38. I'm content to get started with the 40 though. It's snug enough, but comfortable, easy to get on and off (dry so far haha), but when/if it stretches after some use, I can see it getting less efficient.I went into this detail because the other reviews helped me so much, and I hope this adds to someone's insight (or further confusion!)The cup liners are annoying and have weird folds out of the package, and I may pull them out to lap swim, because I basically do not care if nipple outlines offend lol! But I'll try them out anyway to start. If they add soggy drag, then they'll come out. But, otherwise the bust fit is nice, the shelf band hits in the right place, and there is no side spillage.Overall...I'm very pleased with this suit and look forward to using it, and will come back to Baleaf for more if it works out.Update: It's performing great in the water, so I'm changing to 5 stars. I never bothered with the liners and it was fine. There is a little more pouching around the stomach with excess material when wet, but not noticeable at my level of swimming. I am really happy with this suit.

Great Fit, Flattering Coverage.. Just Keep an Eye on the Top
Just tried this swimsuit for the first time today, and overall I’m really happy with it.The color is gorgeous, and the fabric has a nice thickness to it (which I really appreciate). No see-through moments, even when wet. I also love the fuller coverage on the butt. It feels secure and flattering without giving off “diaper vibes,” which is always a tricky balance in swimwear! As for the top, it looks like it would be super supportive, but in practice, I do have to adjust the girls every so often. That said, I’m large chested, and this is a pretty normal issue for me with most suits. If I had sized up for more support, the rest of the suit would’ve been too loose, so I don’t think it’s a design flaw. Just something to keep in mind depending on your body type. The fabric has a bit more stretch than something like a true athletic swimsuit, so if you're after that firmer, compression-style feel, this may not be the one. But for lounging, swimming, chasing a toddler, or general beach/pool days, it’s great. For the price, this is a solid swimsuit, and I’ll definitely be wearing it for the rest of the season. I’ll check back in next year to update how the fabric holds up after more use!

I am 5'4" and 127 lbs. I bought size 34. Photos included.
I am 5 ft 4 inches tall and weigh 127 lbs. My bra cup size is 34C. I purchased the size 34 and the fit is PERFECT. (When I was reading the reviews before i bought this suit, I decided that everyone should state their height and weight right up front and that would help the rest of us decide which size to buy). I might have fit into the 32, but I was afraid of it being too tight and my butt cheeks showing and I am glad I went with the 34. I really like to feel of the fabric, it feels strong, the style has great coverage, I like the more modest leg openings, which is far more comfortable than high legs and high butt cheeks! The size 34 only came in the black unfortunately, (I would have preferred any color but black) but since I am only going to use it to swim laps, and this suit had tons of good reviews for quality and value and body coverage, I really cannot complain about color. As for the fit: PERFECTION. I had no trouble getting into the 34 i.e. I was not squeezing myself into the suit, it went on easily and and snugged right up, with good butt coverage, and no creeping up my butt cheeks. UPDATE: The breast pads felt a little unnecessary when I tried the suit on, but now that I have been swimming in the suit, they are not uncomfortable, and more importantly, they stayed in place when I swam. The suit itself did not loosen up or stretch out while i was swimming so that was a huge plus! NO complaints at all about the suit, except that I wished the size 34 came in any other color than black. UPDATE: The breast pads DO move around and fold up - not when you swim but when you wash the suit and they are the darndest thing to get back into place since you cannot actually access them directly- you have to feel through the suit and try to manipulate them back into place. But I will be more careful when I wear the suit next time. I still LOVE the suit and it totally does not get baggy or slide up or down when I swim.

Great suit for water sports and modesty!
I play competitive water volleyball. At age 70, I'm looking for modesty in the swimsuits I wear and need the suit to stay "in place" during the game. This suit is a great fit for me and offers exactly what I am looking for in a suit for active water sports. The crossed straps in the back are great for keeping the top in place. The legs are a great it for keeping the bottom in place.

Attractive suit but...
This is a nice suit as it fits well. The only downfall is the cup linings are not sewn in so they move all over, fold in half and are hard to get back into position.
