Great little steamer. Very light to work with, heats up very quickly and works like a treat. Gets creases out of clothes in seconds. Well worth the money! Doesn’t leak at all!

Why did you choose this product over others?:It has a ‘delicate fabric’ attachment and I needed to steam my daughter’s prom dress.Functionality:It did a great job but it is very heavy! Because I was being slow and careful as the dress is delicate, it really made my elbow joint ache today! It also says suitable from age 8 but I burnt myself a bit on the steam, despite being careful. I would definitely not recommend that a child uses this product! It did a great job on the dress and got deep creases out with ease.

Lifesaver if you’re in a hurry and don’t want to iron. It’s durable and well made, Russell Hobbs is a brand I know and trust. It’s powerful and removes creases very well, looks good, heats up fast and is quite portable as it’s not heavy.

It's ok but I've used far better. The one I received was clearly someone else's return as the packaging had been previously opened, the steamer wasn't packaged properly and there were watermarks inside the tank.It'll be ok for travel but not ideal for regular home use. When held in the most comfortable position, your hand is too close to the steam. The steam is intermittent and it spits quite a bit.There are no temperature setting options and the tank is small - both of which I knew when I ordered, but didn't anticipate how much of a pain it would be.I'm a fan of a handheld steamer. They're fast and convenient and I far prefer them to ironing. This one just doesn't cut it. Spend another £20-£30 and get something better if you can afford to.

Easy to use and saves time when you are in a hurry especially when you get something out you want to wear but it has been creased. It saves getting the iron and ironing board out.

This steamer is well made and easy to use. Unfortunately it just doesn't work on anything other than very light fabrics.Trying to remove even light to moderate creases from a t-shirt is a waste of time and effort: the steamer used a whole tank of water (the tank is small), and the garment still looked like it needed ironing.
