The Capri Sun Lemonade drink puches are very handy and good tasting. My kids really like the flavor and we like that it is controlled amount of drink.The pouch comes with a straw that has a pointy end to puncture the pouch. It is easy to make it "spout" if you squeeze the pouch, so little kids might need adult help.Very convenient and highly recommended!

This is the only capri sun we can find that has no dyes or other ingredients my son is allergic to. He was so excited to have a juice pouch for school. He likes them. I have not tried this so it's based off a kid's review.
