These probiotics were fantastic. I gave them to a friend who was having similar issues as far as digestion and overall stomach problems, that I had had. My stomach was a mess from an extended dose of antibiotics and prednisone. Within a few days, I am relieved to report my digestive health was on its way back to normal. Then with continued use, my digestion was better than before my antibiotic journey. The bloating and discomfort was gone. Smooth sailing all the way. I have more energy, and I swear my skin also looks better. Pro-Ven is “proven” to me!

I appreciate the fact that they come individually packaged on a tray of ten. The expiration date on mine was nine months in the future.Delivery time -- BOY, was that slow! It took about two months from the time I ordered until it arrived. If your gut is in good condition, the addition of a probiotic should help keep it that way. If you've just finished a course of antibiotics, your gut biome is probably shot, and a probiotic will help you get back to normal again. If yours is the latter case, I'd suggest a different supplement... simply because this one may not get to you soon enough.

Although the product title indicates a 30 billion CFU format is available, none were evident to me.Nonetheless, the sample we received for review contained capsules that are easy to swallow, flavorless, and contain a probiotic formula that includes beneficial strains like Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum.One thing I appreciate is that this probiotic comes in a convenient one-month supply, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine.
