Replaced my Ring doorbell because they announced price increase for the security features. The doorbell was useless without them.With Eufy you get all those features free of cost. Works great so far.

or it doesn't work.The other door bells seem to connect to wifi, this doesn't - This connects to the base station, which only connects via ethernet to your network.It's a really horrible situation.Plus I have the same issue as another customer - alexa says someone is at the door, 10 minutes later, still hasn't shown you who.

Home base unit good but the original bell could not keep the battery charged, changed for lower speck one and everything is great.

Went wrong after 4 weeks.Battery not holding charge for long.Trying to sort it out.

Very easy to install and setup, having the down facing camera is a huge plus. I had a Ring 2 and refused to pay the monthly fee, I worked out I could have bought 2 of these during the time I had the Ring if I’d paid for the subscription. I also wired in using the old 8v door bell transformer and is working great.

Amazing why it lasted and warrenty isn’t past 4 months on these after a lot of rain it died so a full blown waste of a lot of money I have to say though eufy and there own customer care team are very very helpful just bad luck on a reconditioned one I guess
