I have been finding it difficult to get up in the mornings and do basic routine things for the past couple years due to anxiety and stress and so on. I didn’t really know where to begin with so many vitamins and minerals out there, so a friend suggested I start with b12. After searching, I come across this little beauty. I love it’s value for money and the fact that you have a whole years supply in one bottle. No having to reorder or have multiple bottles on the shelf. It actually motivates me to get up to take it just before breakfast and it has that hint of pepper to give you a kick to start your day!I have been taking it for about 2-3 weeks now, and I have noticed I have some extra energy to get me through the morning routine. Not a superhero power boost, but enough to help me stay out of bed and move around a bit more, which I guess does make me feel like a superhero now compared to the years of letting the mornings turn into afternoons and evenings and not moving at all!I feel happy taking these and not overwhelmed, especially since it’s only one tiny tablet (rather than those “take 2-3 tablets every day”) and will definitely be reordering this in a years time!

I bought the B12 with black pepper and am really pleased with it. It is small and easy to swollow and because ithas black pepper in it, it helps with the absorption.As we age the body finds it increasingly difficult to absorb B12, and so I take this particular supplement to prevent against heart attacks, strokes, alzheimers and memory problems etc all the things that we are susceptible as we age.I take it with my turmeric capsule as it also then helps withthe absorption of this too. It's a great price for a years supply. Well recommended.p.s the customer care is fantastic too. The product is fantastically fresh and VitaBright is a general good supplement company that I would recommend. They do a good Bio-culture too, that I would recommend, as its probably the best one on the market in my opinion.

Since I lost my Amazing husband 3 year's ago.I started to loose all energy and was always tired 😫.Doctor's tried telling me that I was no longer grieving !! Sorry didn't know there's a time limit on how long you should grieve for, before certain GPs say your depressed now...! What. !! Been taking these daily for a few months now and felt the benefit after just a week. More energy throughout the day and a benefit in general. Small and easy to swallow and a good price point also. Highly recommend!

Easy to swallow ,only small tablets quite peppery ! Started to use as felt very tired had blood test done but B12 just above normal but had condition called geographic tongue which may be down to low B12 , on taking tablets tongue has improved , pleased with results , don’t know if it’s coincidence but will continue to take
