Q: Why does amazon change my order from large to small???!!!

The large bands are shorter than I would have expected, they are definitely shorter than the original large band that came with my fit bit.

Q: does it come with 3 different color bands when you purchase it?

Yes the bands come in packs of 3.

Q: Is it softer than original band?

I think they are a little firmer that the original band, but I just got mine, so they many soften up over time.

Q: Is there a set that has the navy and the light gray together?

Not that I saw. The navy came with purple
