No more night sweats
These little guys are amazing. Hot flashes and night sweats started recently and I started on this supplement, after researching potential side effects. I didn’t come across any harmful side effects, such as liver damage like other supplements that promise the same results. (Of course do your own research) I don’t get hot flashes or night sweats after taking this product for a couple of weeks. If I miss more than 2 or 3 doses (days), I’ll have those issues but quickly bounce back once getting back on routine. Totally worth it.

Caused horrible bad breath
While it did help a little with reducing hot flashes, it caused me to have horrible bad breath. My husband couldn't stand it.
