Cute and minimal

I bought this for a friend who always tries to stay positive and reply to people as kind as she can, even when she wishes she didn’t. So, I got her this journal. Some things are best left unsaid, but feels really good to get it out there still, just in a different way.

Wow, such a good idea. This is going to help me so much in moving forward. I'm a massive over thinker so could even use this to write what I could have said during past discussions. I mainly bought this to help heal my traumas, things I could never say out loud or things I wish I could have said while I had the chance. You never know when the last time you see someone will be. Plus it's super cute colours. Well worth buying a new writing pen for.

It’s such a simple design- an empty text box with a missing contact detail and date to fill in but it’s amazing.I received it today and wrote my first message that I wanted to send a few months ago. I didn’t realise how much the content of the message was weighing me down until I wrote it out and got it out on paper. I wrote three full text boxes and know I’ll be adding more tomorrow.It’s perfect for people who hate confrontation and internalise their emotions. I never normally write reviews but this notebook is too good not to.

My brother died 3 months ago and unfortunately this won’t bring him back but the book is a great way to write down anything I would love to say to him! A perfect keepsake for me to read over and over.

This book is exactly what I needed. Helps to unlock my thoughts. Writing it down is a lot easier than keeping it in. The book itself is simple but perfect. Will be purchasing another one for my friend.
