Product arrived as pictured. Easy to assemble by screwing on the wooden handle. Appears well made and good quality, but have not used it yet. Excited to start smudging with it!

This is nice it’s the same as the picture, it’s not tiny or to big just as the picture show, I love the handle so when I burn my frankincense& myrrh I don’t burn my hand I love this

Great Customer Service
I had a small issue with my original burner - the handle wasn’t properly screwing onto the base - and the seller was super responsive and sent me a replacement right away! Very pleased with this and I could properly assemble my new burner!

This is as not what I expected. Very small and not like what the picture on the site.
Not what I expected. Cannot use for the purpose. I am going to return it.
