I bought this as a radio I could use in the shower. It works very well and has a nice tone. The favourite stations is easy to set up too. I would say that if you get water in the speaker grille, it will sound odd and will need knocking out and drying. It's therefore not something to get too wet - so it gets turned to face the well in my shower shelf. It has a USB C charge port which makes it easy to charge.

Nice solid unit that promises also to remain waterproof. Nice sound But:when compared to a dab radio that has a conventional telescopic antenna as opposed the the handle integrated one here, reception is not as good by any means. This curtails considerably the choice of stations available compared the above telescopic antenna radio.

Nice looking easy to set up and good sound for its size

The radio has quite a clear sound and easy set up but after charging the battery once it will now not recharge again. So it’s not useful for bathroom use and as a shower radio this is now not fit for purpose! Do not purchase.

Bathroom radio worked ok but despite minimal use failed to charge after less than 2 years use. Had registered for 3 years warranty and returned to manfacturer (at my own cost) and upon their testing could not be repaired so issued replacement. After receiving the new unit, this lasted less than a month, again issues with the battery, and resetting the device as per the troubleshooting guide doesn't resolve it. Emailed Azatom on both their general customer support number, and an individual staff email address I had from previous communication, and no response. Customer Services telephone number just ringing unanswered during the weekday working hours on different days and online enquiry form displaying 'Sorry something went wrong' when press submit. Now escalated to Amazon but in the meantime have found a number of reviews online on different websites complaining of battery issues for this model (can't speak for Azatoms other products as this was the first time purchasing one of their products), so I personally wouldn't recommend this particular radio. Good customer service is important so whilst I like the idea of supporting a British based company, due to the non-response from Azatom on a common fault they must be aware of on this product, I'd be wary of any further purchases.

I was very surprised at the clarity and richness of sound from this unit. Exceeds what I expected.Very easy to set up plus a range of additional features I had not expected.

Well designed and built. Easy to set up presets on DAB and FM. Has rechargeable battery which is ideal for use as a shower radio.

Looks good and sounds good but having trouble finding some radio stations. FM works for BBC Radio 2 but having problems with DAB.
