Has this done anything for anyone's skin to make a difference?

I used the full bottle and I don't think I noticed any significant changes. I didn't buy it again, so I guess that's the answer. Personally I am just sticking with retinoids and vitamin c along with sunscreen and a good moisturizer. For me that's all I need.

Can this be used on sensitive skin?

I have very sensitive skin, and it hasn’t bothered me at all. If you are unsure, start every other day, then every day, up to twice a day. I usually do that with new skin products, and it helps a lot. I love this stuff!!

Does it work under makeup/foundation without pilling?

Yes, but I let the product fully dry before I put on my foundation. At least a good 20 minutes in between my skin care routine and then applying make up.
