Great chair puts baby right up at table with family

After 1 week of use, stiching came apart on the front belt, I stiched it back up.2 months later baby is sitting on it (he's 12kg) and i heard a snap, he fell forward towards the table and I saw the plastic bit broke apart.Such a shame as it was what i wanted and now i just wasted money and have to go look for a highchair and spend even more money.

Good and reasonably price not as sturdy as a Aldi one I have

Initially it worked great, we used it for about a week and then the belt straps came apart specifically the strap around the ring that gets hooked into the part that clamps onto the table. It just came unsewn all of the sudden and my baby was no longer strapped in. Perhaps it arrived with this defect but it only came to my attention when I saw my 1yo sliding down the seat onto the floor…. Very poor quality I’d say specially for something like this which should be QCed several times to make sure its safe & working properly.

This high chair seat was great for almost 6 weeks, it washes well and is fairly easy to remove the seat. HOWEVER, my 21lb baby (9.5kg) lent forward and the strap that runs across the front of the leg and provides the central leg strap snapped! She fell forwards and banged herself and it was very fortunate I was sat right next to her to stop her falling through and under the table. Amazon luckily were amazing at sorting a refund for m.

Only had this product 5 weeks and the strap around the front of the chair arm has completely broken, my little girl could’ve fallen out but luckily I was next to her. I need it replaced as it's dangerous and can't be used but the return window on app is closed.Please can Amazon or supplier contact me for this matter to be sorted as this seems to be a reoccurring issue that has not been passed to quality control
