The product meets the need expected. It levels the mat intake to the machine. I am happy with purchase.

Without this extension, the end of my mat always drooped, as in the second picture. When using an older mat, the paper or vinyl would pop off the mat where it was drooping. But the extension holds it straight and flat. This helps to get better cuts, but it also prevents the material from lifting off the end of the mat, meaning I can use the mat longer when it is less sticky. With Silhouette mats being ridiculously expensive, and with them having switched over to a water soluble adhesive so you can't wash the lint off, getting every cut you can on each mat is a money saver.The extender is very easy to out on, is very easy to use, and makes the cutting more accurate with fewer problems.

I print and cut stickers. One of things that used to occur is that when the tackiness of the mat would wear off. As the mat would slightly bend the stickers would peel off the mat ruining way too many sheets to count. With the extension tray on now I'm finding that the stickers are staying in place. I'm able to take the mat further than I normally would have after the tackiness is starting to wear off.

Great purchase for my Cameo. Wish I had done it sooner!

I have tried several different types of mat supports for my Silhouette Cameo machine, but this one surprised me. It fits perfectly, is really easy to install (requiring no screws or glues), it stays positioned without falling off or moving, and supports my mat exactly as it should. Additionally, it was not as expensive as some other solutions. If you use your Silhouette Cameo and want a solution to supporting your mat, you need to treat yourself to this extender tray!

I used this a few times, but I use a carrier sheet with my vinyl and this sticks up too much installed and catches the sheet. It messed up one too many cuts and I took it off.
