It expanded fully in about 30 seconds. The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this purchase. It was a difficult decision to make when buying a mattress online, as you can't try it out first, but I don't regret it. Just as the product's description, I would say it is medium-firm. It has a good spring to it but feels firm enough to provide enough support. Also the layer of memory foam at the top makes it soft andcomfortable (I have shown this in one of the photos by pressing on the memory foam).The size is also accurate as described, and this is shown in the photos and video with a measuring tape. My bed frame is 200cm in length (which is the European sizing), and that's why there's a gap with this mattress. Nothing wrong with the mattress size itself. I would say it is durable, I have now slept on it for about three months and have no complaints regarding its quality. The thickness of the mattress is accurate to its online description, as show in one of the photos again.All in all, very happy with this product, and so is my Labrador who finally has enough room in my bed so now both of us can have a good night’s sleep.

Bought this mattress 6 months ago, been amazing since then. Takes about a day to fully expand. Very comfortable and supportive, you will not feel the springs like other cheap mattresses.Also it survived me moving to another home 4 hours.Overall happy with the quality, comfort and value for money.

It also looks really high-end and expensive, which was a nice surprise. There was barely any smell when I unpacked it, unlike some other mattresses I’ve tried. Bought this for my friends (60 year’s old) as this mattress on sale, also it is medium firmness, he always complained about his mattress too soft , made him back pain and tried in the morning. He was so happy and surprised when he used this mattress over night, it totally changed his mind. This is made in china and sold in Amazon with such cheap price but top quality mattress. Depth is 25cm after release from packaging. Expand very quick and comfortable thick mattress. I’m very happy with this purchase.
