Works very well. After a few months use I am very happy with it. Only a minor problem in the first month - the plastic connector holding the nozzle popped loose and was rattling around inside the part that connects to the bottle. Contacted customer support and they tried to help but I think there was a language barrier problem. Ended up taking the thing apart thinking it was broken anyway and managed to fix it myself. Had to carefully open the sections of the part holding the diffuser nozzle and remove some glue-type gunk then was able to put the nozzle back in place and it works great.

Producto llegó a tiempo , pero no era lo que yo esperaba ya que no es muy potente en cuanto a que la casa tenga un olor agradable es solo para un espacio más pequeño , tuve que colocar más tiempo para que saliera el producto para así sentir el aroma ya que no cubre lo que dice las especificaciones, además probé instalando la manguera en el ducto del aire acondicionado y fue peor , no salía nada de olor por los compartimientos , solo le doy 3 estrellas por qué no cubre la cantidad de espacio que dice , para una pieza está bien pero para espacio como comedor y living no cubre

I decided to buy this in place of candles, diffusers and plug ins. It works well in the living room but scent does not extend beyond that.

Very well made, several options and easy to install for use.

I have no idea what I’m doing… directions are useless.. doesn’t come with oil and doesn’t take water.. not sure how to do this

Started out strong than after a few months you barely see any smoke coming from nozzel. And it's noisy

It is so noisy that i've had to put it off. Works well but the noise is not something you can get used to.
