Great value
Not as light or cool looking as the Specialized Prevail, but comfortable. For much cheaper, I’ll take it.

Excellent helmet, miserable pads
I love the helmet. Excellent comfort and shape. I barely feel it’s on.But the pads are horrible, especially the forehead piece. I wore it for 600 miles, kept it inside the house between rides (never left in a hot car), hand-washed/air dried the pads every 100 miles and the front piece tore miserably (see photo). Now I can’t find a replacement pad below $20.

Fit my head well
Fit well, minor adjustments to straps as compared to other helmets I've had. First MIPS I've owned so I am unsure if it is typical for thickness of foam to be greater than non-MIPS helmets but it is not an issue. Giro has typically served me well for fit and value.

Not a good helmet
I purchased the Cinder to see if I can get a slight upgrade from the Syntax. I was extremely disappointed in the Cinder. The design is horrible sitting high up on the head making you look like the Coneheads. The sides are so narrow it constricts the temples and actually gave me a huge headache AFTER I took the helmet off for hours. Finally the weight ... It was like wearing half a bowling ball on my head. Do not bother with this poorly designed costly helmet. The Syntax and Foray are both lighter and much more comfortable at a lower cost. They are better fitting and looks a heck of lot better than this.

Roc Loc System Broke
This helmet was pretty good for the first 9 times I used it. On the 10th time the Roc Loc sizing system dial in the back snapped and the helmet is more or less useless. I DID not over tighten; it just snapped when I was fitting it like I always do. Disappointing for sure, given the price of this helmet.
