Good dupe at a reasonable price. These did what I wanted them to do - which is comfortably spread out the toes. I used these the first year I switched to barefoot shoes and wore them every evening and sometimes to sleep.

Yes, $30 is pretty pricey, but these tie separators seem to be sturdy enough that they should not rip. Unlike the multitudes that show up when you search, costing $10 or less per pair, you can actually choose your size here. I wear a women's 9.5 shoe, and the small fits me. These don't have a tourniquet effect on my toes. However, they are not made of super squishy material, and the edges that abut on the large and small toes can feel a bit hard if you don't get them positioned just right. I find if I wear footies over them, they stay in place better. I am able to wear them all night, and walk in them all day. When I hurried a bit, that was not a good idea and ended up kind of digging into my toe, so probably not so good for jogging.

I have a bunion forming on one foot. I wear these all day while at home and all night. I bought some inexpensive toe socks and they help alot to keep the spacers in place. I have one pair of Alegria wide toe box shoes and I can wear the spacers with that shoe around the house. I am retired so I am at home most of the time. I have not tried wearing the spacers with other shoes, so I can't speak to that. I just ordered some Whitin Barefoot zero drop shoes to wer around the house with the spacers. Time will tell whether or not the spacers stop the progression of my bunion or not.

Very comfortable. However, the toe separator b/t the big and second toedoes not stay in place but pops out.I have to use paper tape to hold it in place.

I bought these on recommendation from a YouTube video. I have used the very soft, cheap, silicon toes separators before and found those to be too thick and push my toes apart too much, so was excited that these offered sizing. I purchased the small, and the size is perfect.However, after wearing them to bed, I have to take them off after an hour or so due to my feet being itchy! I have somewhat sensitive skin, but don't usually react to latex, so not sure what's causing it. (of course, I'm not usually in contact with latex for hours either, so maybe I am reactive, assuming these are made of latex?)Also, these are much more rigid than those other silicon toe spacers. I was hoping to wear them in shoes, but walking in them rubs at the ball of the foot, causing irritation, and probably blisters if I left them in longer.In all, I appreciate the sizing and they're just right for helping me reclaim my foot health, but I can't wear them as I'd like due to the irritation.(To those reviewers saying they didn't do anything to separate their toes and were falling out, this product probably isn't meant for you. My toes are squished, with slight bunions and hammertoes. Trying to straighten them back out before they become rigid and cause significant pain.)

I have 2 different sets of toe spacers. These ones I wear with my toes socks. They might take some modifications to account for your feet. I get pinched in some places but wearing over my toe socks helps. You could also just cut them yourself. Amazing product

I purchased these toe spreaders after researching nonsurgical treatments for arthritis in the big toe. I have been wearing these daily for a little more than one month. They were uncomfortable at first. Wearing them over toe socks and wearing them close to the ends of my toes makes them more comfortable. Now I wear them all day inside my shoes including when I'm running or working out. I have almost no pain in my feet even though I'm more active than when I started the toe spreaders. I did need to replace nearly all of my shoes with wider styles with space in the toe box for my toes to spread. I also started physical therapy to stretch and strengthen my feet and ankles. It was completely worth it in order to be comfortable, stay active, and hopefully avoid the need for surgical treatment in the future.
