Molex 6 Circuit Wire Connector - 2 Complete Conn. w/Pins Mini-Fit Jr ™

I needed these to replace some wiring from my PC Power Supply SATA connector to a smart switch I'm using for a Virtual Pinball machine. These were perfect and the pins attached easily - there is a right way to insert the pins to get them to fit, so if you have trouble try turning them over. I'll probably never need another one, but this worked great for me.

Everything crimped and connected well.

I used this in a custom wiring sub-harness for a console gauge cluster I made for my car. It allows me to disconnect and remove the gauge cluster as a module to make it easier to maintain or repair in the future. The Molex Mini-Fit Jr. worked perfectly. It is a good size and has good current carrying capacity for this application. The pins were easy to install (with a compatible crimper). I am satisfied with this connector and would recommend considering it for applications having a protected dry environment.

I've made many Molex connectors and these did not work as usual. The pins usually snap easily into the connectors. With this set, I could not get the pins to snap into the connectors and had to use a small screw driver to get them into place where they can make contact.

These connectors are becoming more scarce, so it was good to find a source. Works as advertised!
