The lamp shade fitting that screws onto the post did not have the proper support it needed and ended up warping one side of the cap with the weight of the shade.

Beautiful lampshade.
The lampshade is not 16” as described. It’s only 15” so it looks awkward on the lamp stand. I do like the lampshade so I will keep it!!
