What are the three hights? I only see 1 inch?

I just ordered the 1" lifts, not sure about other sizes.

Confused on selection why does it say pack of 1 and pack of 2

I bought the pack of 2 and it had 2 pairs of lifts. My husband loved them

Can i put these in slides/flip flops? Will they stay in place?

I don't believe shoe lifts would work with slides or flipflops. They need something to hold them in place or they would probably just slip off.
