Yes, eSUN Magic PLA is compatible with creality ender 3.

Q: Will the silk copper filament print with a standard brass nozzle or do I need a hardened steel one?

I'm pretty sure it's just a silk filament with a colouring and not an aggregate filament (i.e. impregnated with metal) so you should be ok with a standard nozzle.

Q: How is the printing parameter?

Printing temperature is 190-220°C; bed temperature is 60-80°C, no heat is ok.
