Best crunchy peanut butter ever. Not only is it very nutty, it tastes fresh. And the peanuts are sourced in the USA. I first ran across it in Florida and now have it shipped to the West Coast. Everytime I give out a jar, there is another committed Teddie peanut butter buyer.

I’ve been eating peanut butter well over 60 years. I love the stuff so much. I could probably bathe in it and still want more.For many years after graduate from the sugared peanut butter, I turned to Laura Scudders, which probably claims to be peanuts and salt, and that’s all. Love the stuff.Now, all these years later, I’m in assisted living and rely on Amazon’s fresh delivery service for all of my supplemental groceries.A couple of weeks back Amazon was out of the Laura Scudder crunchy so I went looking for another brand. Running down the different offerings I noticed that even the ones called natural were also filled with sugar. That’s what I found Teddie super crunchy. I figured I’d give it a try.This is my new favorite. Talk about super crunchy. I’ve never seen so many peanuts in one single jar of peanut butter.The peanut butter is just delicious and I can’t recommend it highly enough for those who really love just pure old chunky peanut butter with a touch of salt. No sugar just peanuts and salt.Since Teddie peanut butter seems to be a little tougher to find I ordered myself a six pack case yesterday just to hold me over in case Amazon wind up out of stock on these.If you like peanut butter, the way, I like peanut butter and I really really really like peanut butter. I can recommend TeddieAs best of all.As to oil separation, I recommend opening the jar, giving it a stir, and placing it upside down in your refrigerator. The oil will congeal and be thickest at the bottom of the jar leaving the opening, filled with butter and nuts when you flip the jar back for use.

The peanut butter is very good. Or as the label says, "SUPER CRUNCHY". Lately my issue is getting the product to me. The first order never made it to me. During the shipping process, I received a notice there was a problem with my order and it was sent back. I assume it leaked. OK, better to send it back than receive broken jars. My second order arrived but five of the pack out of six jars was missing. A fulfillment issue. Amazon made good on it and refunded the entire order. I got to keep the one jar. I'm now waiting to receive my third attempt. I'm hoping that the third time is the charm

Taste great, we store it upside down when fresh to help the oil mix with the peanut butter and nuts...yum!

This is a relatively mild peanut butter, without a particularly strong peanut flavor. Personally, I prefer a little more peanut taste, but you may find this flavor more than adequate.Three things that are really great about this brand of peanut butter:1. SPREADABILITY: If you don't keep it in the refrigerator, the oil will separate and rise to the top. But, this brand spreads nicely right out of a 40°F refrigerator. I don't know if it's because they add a little extra peanut oil to the grind, or if there's such a thing as an extra oily species of peanut. Either way, it works. It's oily enough that you can easily mix it in the jar (versus scraping the jar clean into a bowl to mix well) without finding a load of dried-out peanut butter at the bottom. The only other peanut butter brand I've found that mixes and spreads like this is Kirkland Organic Smooth Peanut Butter.2) LOTS OF PEANUT CHUNKS: I usually purchase a smooth or chunky organic peanut butter and still have to chop peanuts (lots of peanuts) and mix them in. I didn't have to do that with this brand; it's loaded with peanut chunks. Very nice.3) PRICE: If you buy the three or four packs, this brand is a darn good buy.Overall, it's really good peanut butter. Just the right amount of salt and it comes in a glass jar so I'm not worried about BPA or other issues associated with plastic. It's NOT ORGANIC (my preference) but it's ALL NATURAL, whatever that means as it relates to peanuts. Probably nothing. Enjoy!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:After two weeks of being open, these jars have developed a very odd taste, and has left me scared to eat them. I truly love this company’s vision as I’m sure they truly care for their craft, but sadly, this was not just one that had this issue, it was five jars so far..
