good compression
Used for dequervain's tenosynovitis. The rigid braces weren't helping so my sports medicine doctor suggested lighter compression without splinting. I found it pretty helpful and easy to sleep in, used nightly for about 2 months. I am a small adult (about 110 lbs) and it was still pretty snug, except for at the very ends where there isn't compression they were lifted off the skin.

Good wrist compression
This gives very good wrist compression for some inflammation that has continued for me a couple of months post-surgery. To get the right size for my wrist I needed the small. It was difficult to get on at first given the size of my hands but once it is on it’s good. It was a little uncomfortable across my hand the first day I wore it, but is fine now. It does stretch out a little. The size chart is accurate, at least for my size but keep in mind it only goes by wrist size, so if you have large hands and a small wrist, it may be a struggle to get the right fit.The stitching is quite roughed up after a week of only not wearing it at night so I think this will probably have to be replaced in about a month of daily wear.

Great Support for Pain at the Base of My Thumbs, Highly Recommended.
The seller, OrthoSleeve by ING Sourceo, was fabulous. Based on their size chart, I ordered a medium sleeve. Shipping was extremely quick. However, the medium sleeve was too tight and cut off the blood pressure to my fingers. I contacted the seller and they did not hesitate to authorize the return. I then ordered the sleeve in a large, which was promptly shipped out and was a much better fit.I don't have carpel tunnel syndrome, which is one of the uses this sleeve is recommended for. Instead, I have intermittent pain at the base of both my thumbs. I have braces which provide extreme support and nearly immobilize my hands and are wonderful for alleviating the pain when I sleep. I have fingerless compression arthritis gloves which provide support for most tasks when I have a pain incident. However, they are challenging to type on a keyboard with and I usually remove them at work. I was pleased to find these sleeves which provide support to the base of my thumb, prevent pain and with the four fingers free, I am able to easily type on a keyboard. These sleeves are comfortable, supportive and well worth the money. I highly recommend them.

Great for Interpreters for the Deaf!
I am having some issues with my hand and needed something to wear until I can get into a specialist. I'm an interpreter for the Deaf so wearing a bulky, black brace wasn't an option. This tap colored glove was perfect. I have small to average size hands and ordered the Small size. It is very tight but still allows movement. It is looser around my arm, tight around the wrist, tight on my thumb, snug around the heel of my hand and not too tight across my palm. It didn't come very clean when washed (I placed it in a laundry bag to wash). I've worn it for 2 weeks straight and so far it has done great.I wear it during the day, while interpreting and doing all other daily tasks, and wear it to sleep in. It hasn't caused numbness at all.

Compression sleeves - not ideal for carpal tunnel or tendonitis.
I bought 2 of these orthosleeves for carpal tunnel in my right wrist and tendinitis in my left wrist. First, one sleeve is larger than the other, so much so that it's baggy on the forearm. Second, it offers only minor compression. It does not limit mobility, inhibit curling of the wrist, palm, or fingers, nor does it ease pain. I measured my wrist and palm to select the appropriate size, but honestly they simply do not help. They provide minor compression - that's it. Now I'm forced to spend money on two other products. They are comfortable, but that's all.

Squeezes tightly around knuckles
They squeeze too tight around the knuckles. I ordered a small, then returned it for a medium and they both squeezed the heck out of my knuckles. Couldn't wear for more than 30 minutes.

Not a brace but great support
I originally purchased the large based off my wrist measurements, that was way too tight and could only wear for about an hour before it started to discolor my fingers. Purchased the XL and so much better! It doesnt have any splints like a full brace but it does have a support strip that gives extra support. I can wear it for hours and even sleep in it without any discomfort. Doesnt restrict movements at all and doesnt become uncomfortable after long use. Very similar to a compression sleeve but more supportive.
