Baker’s Choice Lotus Cream With Cookies - Lotus Pastry Filling

Bought this to put between layers of a chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. There was plenty to use as filling for the cake and lots left over that we ended up putting into pie dough squares to make tiny pies. It really is super delicious and easy to use.

Very bad product and the taste is not desirable , and there is no return or refund for it , as if you threw your money into the ground very bad product I wish I can return it . I will also contact the Amazon team to find a solution to this . It’s 15$ for nothing or for bad taste like this :(

I was really looking forward to receiving this to use for a special occasion. Unfortunately the tub was not sealed properly and it leaked all over the box. I wasn't certain if this was a new tub or not....I thought it should be sealed. It was tossed out.Very unfortunate!

One thing though, it tasted burnt. I was thinking Carmel, but thinking this is Different kind of Carmel?It was for a fund raiser and afraid people would think I burnt the Carmel. While I won’t use this brand again , if someone likes that taste this would be an excellent choice.

I bought this for my school age child who was looking for a cake filling that taste like the cream inside "Kinder Eggs". Unfortunately, she didn't like it. I on the other thought it taste good, its thick and spreads easy. The flavor is a bit unusual (unlike anything I have ever tasted), so I'm trying to figure out other ways I can use it, so my $10 doesn't go to waste. I do feel it is priced too high, I believe $5 is more reasonable.

I wanted to make mini raspberry jelly doughnuts and found this. The taste and consistency are perfect for the baked jelly doughnuts recipe I used and everyone loved them! I used a straw to poke a hole into the center of the doughnuts, then piped the filling into the center.

Product consistency was not what I expected. Taste was artificial.
