Works good for logitech shifter, also fits TH8A shifter with minor modification
This mounts works fine for what it is. It has a little bit of movement but you don't notice it when you're actually driving. Fits logitech shifter perfectly. I recently upgraded to a TH8A shifter and all I had to do was drill a hole through the top that's big enough for the threaded part of the screw, then use a bit big enough for the head of the screw through the bottom but you only go part way through the hole, you don't want to go all the way through or else the head of the screw won't have anything to grab on to. The bolts that come with this mount fit the TH8A shifter so it's a pretty easy modification and it feels pretty solid. You can see in my pictures I used the outer existing hole and then drilled a new hole in the middle.

Use vecro tape for the bar and on inside of mounting bracket.
Solid product I tried to make one myself and their quality is far superior than my entry level laser. The one reason customers do complain seems to be the bracket mount will not fit around the bar until you add something like foam or tape or velcro.Id like to bring this up with the sellers to include velcro tape or foam tape as this will significantly improve the performance and feel of the shifter mount! Doesn't really fit out of the box.
BLUF: Just buy a different one, this thing aint it big dawg. So, I got it attached and its fine I guess. Here are my complaints though.1. It doesn't actually fit the Playseat Challenge. They provide a thin strip of silicone that is supposed to hold the bracket to the frame, but it isn't thick enough to split the gap. What I ended up doing was taking some of the peel and stick velcro that came with the playseat. I just stuck it it to the inside of the bracket, and then another piece around the frame and voila, it was thick enough and strong enough to hold the assembly in place.2. The short screws for mounting, arent actually long enough to mount the shifter.3. The rotary button screw, just shreds the bracket.4. 3 stars because despite all of that, I now have a mount point for my shifter so I can skrrt skrrt.

Perfect for the Playseat Challenge
I wanted to mount my logitech g920 shifter to the right of my playseat challenge for a more natural placement. I came across this product and decided to give it a try. Installation was relatively straight forward and took no longer than a few minutes. The product is well made, albeit it's plastic and I would have rather have this product made out of metal. However it does what it's designed to do with little to now play if installed properly. The included silicone strip does a great job of keeping the mount in place. This is perfect for the shifter location compared to the official playseat shifter mounting option.

Not worth it
It loses durability after tightening it for the first time

Compatible with "Playseat Challenge X"
This is a much better shifter location for the "Playseat Challenge X"! It moves around a bit, but some tape should solve that. This should have been manufacture's solution.
