Good fit but volume too low,price is bit justified

Best sports earbuds ever!!
Reviewing after 2.5 years of 5 days/wk usage of 2h/day. Best sports earbuds ever!! Running, jumping, weights, not once did it ever fall off! No glitch in connectivity from one end of the gym to the other. And battery life is incomparable. Goes several days without charging.

Good for sports
These pair of earbuds have a decent audio quality for an outstanding battery life. The case could have been much sturdier but it fine. The ear hook gives a superior hold during activities so these are my Go-to pair for the gym and they are sweat-proof too. Definitely go for it if you're looking for gym earphones.

Not Great for Calling.
Its actually a good product if you are looking for listening Podcasts in Gym. It doesnt fall off easily. But call volume is low and the touch to attend calls is very tough.The touch control is very poor and not good. You end up touching multiple times and mostly do wrong controls like either hanging up the call or attend the call which you wanted to hang up.I wasn't satisfied much sir.

Poor quality, poor support
Purchased this is Mar 2025, and it’s not working in July 2025 - 5 months life. It’s not connecting to my phone and the troubleshooting doesn’t work.What’s irritating is that the support is for PST (Pacific Standard Time) which is late night in India. Avoid this product - there are better options with support optimised for Indian timings.

Initially, I was very happy with the product as it seemed to give good sound quality and connectivity for a fair price.3 months in, the right side stopped charging and does not work. The warranty claims process is ridiculous - you need to send the product to the US on your own expense to have them look at it and "get back to you". It is unclear to me if they will ever "get back to you". In any case, there is no reason for them to do so, so I don't plan to send it. Might as well buy a different product.
