Clear-Com CC-110-X4 | Single On Ear 4 Pin Female XLR Cardioid Headset

So my stage manager accidentally ripped/dropped this thing, breaking it into several pieces and ripping the cord from the xlr socket. When I gathered it up to fix it, low and behold, most of it didn't break; it simply detached at several point, and I was able to 'snap' everything back together, good as new. Except for the xlr socket: I had to solder that back in. But still. It now works good-as-new. Impressive design,

Thank you for sending me the headset so quickly, but the one function that I really really needed with it was the muted boom so when I slide up the microphone it will turn it off and that is not working is this something you can do to replace or repair?Take care,Dana

Very good quality and comfortable to wear. We’ve had these for a few months and they do the job fantastically. Highly recommended.

After sitting in Tech all day wearing this headset begins to compress on your ears and it creates extreme discomfort due to lack of adequate cushioning on the ear piece. I will give it props for being durable but beyond that I wouldn't entirely suggest this if you plan to consistently have it on your head.
