I believe it comes from a amazon warehouse. I have ordered many, many jars and only once had one break and judging from what I saw of the packaging it happened at drop off. They are packaged pretty well but nothing is perfect.

Arrived opened ; jar nor sealed

Very disappointed the jar was not sealed and the lid easily came off so it had not been sealed it’s supposed to be refrigerated so obviously I can’t use it because who knows how long the lid had been removed. No returns. What a waste of money
