2nd Purchase
This is my second time buying one of these shower caps. I donât know if I bought the first one from this seller, but it was literally the same exact cap (cap without the adjustable part). My first one I bought almost a year ago and the only reason I had to repurchase was due to mold growing on the silicone part and NOTHING would remove it (not even Lysol mold remover).Hereâs the thing: I LOVE this cap. So it gets 5 stars for me. It keeps the water out of my now 2.5 year oldâs eyes. For people saying water seeps through or it falls off, let me explain what I do. When I put my toddler in the tub I put this little visor on and wash his hair FIRST. One hand is holding his forehead (under the visor) to not only keep his head still as I wash and rinse it but to keep the visor from slipping down; my other hand is obviously washing and rinsing his hair. The moment Iâm done rinsing his hair from soap I grab a DRY wash cloth, take off the visor, and catch or dry off any water that rolls onto his face. I hope this makes sense lol but I tell you, I wouldnât be able to give my son a proper bath if it wasnât for this thing. He HATES water in his face and even though minimal water does seep through, Iâm able to keep it minimal. Now, as for the mold part. Itâs my own fault. I was doing good at hanging the visor after bath time so it could dry off but this last time I left it on the tub floor over night and so mold grew. We have horrible ventilation in our bathroom (thanks to a wonderful slumlord) so mold can quickly grow here. A good product will only be as good as how well you take care of it. If you want something to last, then take care of it. This time around I plan on being adamant with drying off any water before I hang this visor when Iâm done using. My son is only 2.5 so he gets his hair washed maybe 3-4 times a week. It shouldnât be hard to dry after a bath and hang. If thatâs too much for you then youâre just being lazy.Btw, I purchased the green silicone visor WITHOUT the adjustable strap. Itâs just what worked for us last time so I canât really comment on the visors with the velcro strap.

Iâd be surprised if your child uses this.
Well, well, well. Where do I even begin with this Walnut Tree Baby - Baby Bath visor? Let's just say that if I could give this product a zero-star rating, I would!First off, let me start by saying that this product is great... in theory. The idea of a bath visor to keep water out of your baby's face is a stroke of genius. Unfortunately, it seems like the geniuses behind this product forgot to take into account that babies can be extremely finicky. My daughter, for example, wanted absolutely nothing to do with this contraption. I tried to put it on her head and she acted like I was trying to put a medieval torture device on her. The poor thing was screaming and crying, and I couldn't blame her. The visor didn't fit well and it was just plain uncomfortable for her.In the end, I had to give up and accept that bath time was just going to be a splash fest from here on out. As for the product itself, it's currently in the process of being returned. Maybe it'll fit better on another baby's head, but for now, it's just not cutting it in our household. So, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this Walnut Tree Baby - Baby Bath visor. Your baby will thank you, and you'll save yourself the headache of dealing with a fussy little one during bath time.

Reusable later on too
Loved the idea of this! We call it his bath hat and it keeps the water out of his eyes! It fit great at first then like suspected it got a bit stretched out and a bit of water started going through the side so we had to look up so no water leaked. But couple months later and it fits perfect again and no leaks (even while looking down)! So if it gets stretched out donât worry you can use it later on!

Doesn't fit my 13 month old's head
I was super excited to get this product because my son is very uncomfortable with water running in his face. However it did not work for me.I automatically assumed that no option for sizes meant it would be made to fit all heads (one size fits all). I got it on with ease, maybe a bit too easy. Because it kept sliding down his face and blocking his view of his toys, he would pull it down around his neck which would then allow the water from his head to drip in his face, causing him to panic.I suppose it would be better if it was adjustable somehow. But it's currently way too big to stay on my son's head for more than a few seconds. Trust me, I tried numerous times fit it differently, hoping the way I was fitting it was the error and not that the circumference of cutout was too big. I really wanted it to work as I had to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive. I can't return it and now I have to purchase something else and wait another 3 weeks.
