Awesome
I started my own little pressure washing business two and a half years ago. This is the model I wanted but decided to go with the direct drive version because it was $600 less. I wish now that I would have just ponied up the money for the belt driven version. The number one reason is that this model eliminates the variable of the customer’s water pressure from the equation. I attached it to a 26 gallon tank from Northern Tool that can be purchased here on Amazon and it works famously. The belt drive pump sucks the water right out of the tank. I connected the 3/4” outlet on the bottom of the tank to the inlet of the machine using suction resistant poly hose and a Hudson float valve in the top of the tank to control water flow. I haven’t performed any experiments yet but I know I’m putting out more water. Recently, I was doing a driveway with my older, direct drive, unit and the customer told me that, according to his digital water meter, I was only drawing 3.3 gallons per minute. A bucket fill test showed he was putting out close to 6 gallons a minutes from his hose. I was using a 20” surface machine and the job took forever. With this unit, I’m getting the whole 4.0 gallons. If those numbers are similar to other customers, I’m putting out roughly 21% more water.

Zero Stars not an option, Used this for 20 minutes and belt assembly already broken.
Disliked: having only 20 minutes of use before needing first service. apparently, this unit was assembled on a Friday at 4:30 pm. Vendor was less than helpful, which is sad. i could understand if this was a step i missed in the setup, but it was not.Bottom line is, i purchased with the expectation of having a working pressure washer, and now i have to drop it off for warranty work and 1.5 to 2 weeks wait time.Lessons learned: this type of item may best be bought by a local vendor so you can deal directly with them, and maybe, just maybe those vendors would check the systems out before they sell them?

Quality equipment as advertised
I like this machine. Nice components, quality hose and frame build. Easy to start, first pull every time. Also it’s nice that they include oil and instructions. Well worth the money spent.

Amazing pressure washer
This is a professional pressure washer and I would not recommend it for casual home use.But for professional jobs where it’s running all day long it is amazing. East start up and the Honda engine just purrs and never seems to struggle one bit.I did add an hour meter to keep track of my oil change intervals and changing the oil is a breeze.Extremely happy with my purchase.

Arrived Defective and NO returns/replacement
I appreciate the shipping carriers because they placed my package very carefully (CEVA) but after trying to unbox it, I saw some body damage and scratches and when I try to turn it on, there was an oil leakage. I tried contacting Amazon Support and they said thus item is non returnable therefore they cannot solve anything. I asked them for a replacement and they said its too costly for an item to replace and I get that but why send me a defective item then? Now I can't even do anything about it because there's no other route to take besides selling it locally but its defective anyways so now I am down a bunch if money for nothing. Thank you.

Pump went out less than year old.
Just purchased this in July 2023 and the pump has already gone out, took to get fixed where they said it should be under warranty but they would not fix the problem.

If you want it undamaged don't buy from Amazon
Unit arrived in a large box with no pallet. As it came off the truck parts were falling out of the box that was torn. . The unit is very heavy and was in a plain carboard box. Free shipping, you get what you pay for.
