Each bulb has two prongs on each side. These fit into the fixture on both sides. Hope this answers your question.

I bought the bulbs but my fixture is broken. Can you tell me which fixture I can buy for these bulbs?

My 24” GE style under cabinet fixture takes 2 of these F8T5WW tubes. If this is your only under cabinet light I would take the loss of these tubes and install a led (same style and measurement) fixture. There is a 24” flouresent fixture for sale on Amazon for $24.98 with tubes and you would have an new electronic ballast. Ballasts are $20.00 + on Amazon. I would do this and keep the tubes as spares. If this is the only fixture buy a led 24” fixture and take the loss or sell or give the tubes to a neighbor as various length under cabinet fixtures use a combination of various lengths of tubes.

What is the warranty for the light bulb?

I do not know about the warranty; however, for this type of item I would look elsewhere. I purchased this last October & it has already burned out. The particular unit I have connects two lamps next to each other providing a lighting source 2' wide. Your question reminds me I must replace this lamp with a different brand. [The 2 other similar lighting units over our kitchen counter take only 1 lamp. What is nice about the former is: if 1 lamp burns out the 2nd can still give light.]
