20 Pieces Large Eye Sewing Needles for Leather Projects with Clear Bottle

I've only started leather crafting but these needles were much better than the initial 3 needles I'd bought elsewhere. Nice thickness, good eye size to get the thread through (I've never struggled to get it through!).The only thing I will say is that one of the needles has broken at the eyelet side, HOWEVER, I did get an extra needle (probably by mistake) in the pack. The case is solid and keeps all my needles together and easily accessible without worrying about losing any!Once these needles wear out, I would look to buy more again.

Arrived fast. Nice quality needles, I'd say a teeny bit too pointed for children who are total beginners unless closely supervised. Bit too thick for felt but would be good for larger holed binca or Aida. Storage test tube was shattered on arrival, which is a pity. Perhaps a replacement will be sent to me?

The needles that came with a pack I bought broke easily, this brand though is top notch. I have only used one so far and I'm still using it. It is sturdy and durable. Even using pliers to pull them through the holes in thick 5mm leather and it still didn't break. Money well spent.

These are great needles - sharp, but slightly rounded points, and good thick shafts with large eyes. Loads of them too, so great value for money.

Bought this product for a class sewing project. Pack of 20, 2 broken, no eye! Thick enough for felt but definitely not leather as advertised. Eye not large so needed pre threading by an adult, very time consuming. A bit disappointing hence 3 stars. Plus points nice and long.

So far so good, these are an excellent value and perform just as well as (if not better than) other name-brand leather stitching needles. Heavy duty, very smooth. I attempted to capture the details in a picture - the Outus needle is on the right. The eyelet is almost identical (same width which is the important part for me), the Outus is the same exact diameter, is negligibly shorter (maybe 0.5mm or 1/64") and has a sharper tip which is likely where the extra tiny bit of length went. The tip is very precise and not terribly sharp, but it is definitely sharp and not blunt. I plan to drag these over a piece of fine sandpaper to round them just a bit so they don't pierce or tear the thread in a saddle stitch quite as easily. These needles also arrive in a super handy tube for easy storage. Overall I'm very pleased and will order them again.
