Anyone else have a carousel that makes a clunking type of sound? I like the machine but maybe mine is defective?

Mine does not make that sound, but the carousel is often dislodged and almost every time I have to reposition it before using the microwave.

Is there a puffed out piece on the back wall? Is that included in the depth measurement? Anyone know depth from top left back corner to front corner?

The depth, with the "puffed out piece" is 13 inches

YES, there is a light on while cooking. The plate inside turns. I also like the inside color, dark grey.
