Can this be used on windows sills in bedroom around the window?

It’s not designed for this function. There are other proprietary products on the market that would be more effective

Does this perform well in a wet room i.e. open shower area with no shower tray, just tiled floor? Grout always gets v dirty on tiled shower floor.

Sorry not sure if it would be any better on a wet room shower area than using on an ordinary shower tray. It's a good product but ensure the area being sealed is spotless, I used pure alchol to clean first the area first and let it dry out. I also did not use the shower for a good 48 hours after adding the sealant. It lasted over 5 years before I removed it and added a new bead on the surround. Hope that helps

Can it be used on rubber pipes behind the sink in the bathroom?

If you don't have a water leak and your only filling gaps It should be ok.
