Only been taking for a week and have already noticed a massive reduction in muscle soreness.Some reviews said they was too big to swallow but these tables are easy enough to break with hand in half, so no need to worry or moan about the side.

Best quality, quantity and price.Very effective and easy to swallow.I have 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. No stomach pain or problems.As always, stay hydrated.

I don't care what anyone else says, these tablets are HUGE. These were the first BCAAs I tried and so maybe others are bigger which I find hard to comprehend. I read a review who said they choked and nearly died three times trying to swallow one of these tablets and I thought they were being overly dramatic...until I tried swallowing one myself; I'm glad to still be alive to write this review! I have now developed a good technique to swallow them- I lift my chin up to straighten my throat and swallow them with a good gulp of water. You may need to play around with how high you lift your chin to get a perfect angle. Don't try breaking the tablets cause this creates rough edges on the tablet making them harder to swallow. The recommended daily dosage is 3 tablets (3000mg) however some articles seem to suggest you need 15000mg(!) to see the benefits of muscle growth. Anyway all-in-all these tablets are very well priced and definitely worth a buy!

It is a great pack to have for long period of time to supply with BCAA complements. The pills are a bit big and not easy to swallow, but in terms of performance is adecuate.

Being of athletic build, my goal was to maintain as much muscle as possible while really hitting the cardio hard. Prior to using these, I had noticed a steady loss of both body fat and muscle if I concentrated on cardio. I wanted to avoid BCAA drinks for their sugar and/or sweetener content, so I opted for these BCAA tablets instead.The package arrived promptly, sealed as standard for a supplement and no damage to the tub of tablets inseide.Their strength of 1000mg is great as tablets from other brands differ a lot in strength and with these it's very simple to keep a counting record of how many mg of BCAA have been taken.Personally, I would take 2-3 tablets about half an hour to 1 hour before exercising and then depending on how long I would exercise, I would then space out additional tablets over the course of the following hours. The tablets are also very easy to split in half by hand - no need for cutters.Having tried these out for several months, I have found them to be great overall. No unpleasant side effects, they have assisted in maintaining muscle mass whilst engaging mainly in cardio and with 425 tablets per tub - they last for a long time.

Easy to swallow, I take three a day as recommended, I’m 67 still train three times a week but I wasn’t recovering very well. After only a few days of these quality BCAAs I’m feeling great even after just one days rest ready for the next session.

Bought 05/2020 and the expiry date is 11/2020 which isn't good, all other bcaas I've bought recently don't expire till 2022 so this is disappointing, perhaps that's why they're so cheaply priced for the amount bcaa you receive because they have limited time to sell the product due to the amount of pills (425). The amount of bcaa per pill is good though so that's why it gets 3 stars.

I have been taking these supplements now for just over 2 weeks, 3 every morning. And I have to say, the results are fantastic, I definitely have more energy (not just for the gym but also life). I feel like I have more energy when working out but crucially I am not suffering in pain after workouts and I have got to think that these tablets contribute to this, which is amazing. My muscles also feel tighter and I can already see it is helping me loose some fat whilst gaining muscle = BOOM! After just a couple of weeks the results are visible and I feel really motivated and ready for more gym sessions. Amazing product. I have tried the powder version before but did not obtain the same results, the tablets for me are just so easy to take. They are quite big but this is the only bugbear. I highly recommend to anybody who want to results with minimal down time in between.
