Even though we have not had this product for an extended period of time, we have found it to be good looking, sturdy, and it works great! I finally have the ability to pull out one towel at a time instead of a whole handful! For those who are considering this unit and read reviews and check ratings as I do, understand that people who do not read or understand product descriptions and therefore find that the product fails to meet their needs, but still rate the product poorly, are skewing the final ratings. I'm very pleased with this dispenser. Very sleek and modern. Works well in the master bathroom.I would have given 5 stars but there is no red indicator to let me know when towels are low.No big deal. I still like it very much and the price was right.

This paper towel dispenser was a great addition to our kitchen organization. It's very easy to load the paper towels, and the spring loading keeps the towels dispensing very easily. It's looks very nice on the counter as well.

Very classy and works well. The suction cups don't help it but it sits just fine on a counter. Easy to fill and dispenses well.

It is a beautiful product.

Too expensive for the quality. It’s nice, easy to use, and functional. The size and shape is perfect, it’s less bulky than the tork commercial brand. However, it’s plastic is worse quality. It’s light so it can move around but it does have suction cups on the bottom to help. I would rather have a heavier weight/plastic than to deal with suction cups though. I ordered the tork and although it’s a little too long, its better quality for the price. If they lowered this one to twenty bucks it would be worth it.
