Aerobie10'' Sprint Ring - Assorted Colours

Flys a treat and my 4 year old son can throw it really well, much better than a convention frisbee. However my dog would love to get chewing it, and I doubt it would last long - so don’t throw this with your dog if you want it to last! Otherwise a great little frisbee that flies really well, easy to catch and super lightweight and slim for putting in a rucksack.

Genuine Aerobies will always be the best flying rings - no other kind of ring or disc compares, and the cheap fakes are generally appalling. This is the smaller version which doesn't fly as far as the Pro, but it's more compact and easier for younger kids to throw and catch. It's well made and flies beautifully, even in strong winds.We don't have a dog (and our cats are completely uninterested in catching this thing) but the rubber on the Aerobie almost makes me want to chew it. I have visions of our imaginary dog tearing this disc to bits in no time, but perhaps I should leave the commenting on that to actual dog owners.

These are so fun to throw. Easy to make it go for ages if you throw it hard but you can also easily play it closer together more gently. Having the hole in the middle makes it great fun (and easier) for catching on your arm etc, and the soft edges mean it doesn't hurt your fingers (and safer for kids etc) when you catch it - can't count the amount of times I've been left with a sore finger from normal hard plastic frisbees!! This is so much better. The smaller model is the one I bought as it is easier to pack in a bag than the big one, but it's still big enough to catch around your arm. Just be aware though, it is a bit easier to get caught in a tree, but to be honest that also adds to the fun (let's play lob a shoe at it until it comes down...!). Also, it doesn't float, but because it's bright colour, it's really fun to still play with in the sea/swimming pool because you can see it easily sinking down and when it's on the bottom. So as long as you can swim down to the depth you can easily grab it.

Good size and easy to use! I have used a bigger size of the Aerobie range and find this one pleasing to use!As you can see for me the 10" size is perfect for most. No effort required when throwing. Simply throw straight and if you can't just practice more!!

Brilliant. Can't recommend highly enough. I have a Collie x GSD and I use this if I don't have time for a long walk on one of his two daily walks. It's great as even after 10-15 minutes he's knackered. You do have to watch it though, as my vet said the adrenaline rush, cardiovascular intensity can wear your dog out quickly. She suggested starting of with 5 minutes at a time and building up. Some breeds, ie, Collies, are built for endurance (ie. he can do a 10 mile walk and still have bags of energy), however they are not built for consistent running. Also, don't use on a hot day - asking for trouble with heat exhaustion. Watch they don't chew them too as it affects their flying ability. They literally go for miles (have lost 3 up in trees so far).

Excellent item. My 8 year old loves it! It has an amazing flight and it catches peoples attention with the way it flies - so smooth and straight.You have to practice a bit with this but only a half a dozen throws. My tips are:1. Throw directly to the other person, Don't really need to allow for the ring to lose height - throw it more or less straight and flat. Conventional firsbies are thrown with a little upwards angle to allow for height drop, you don't do that with this ring it flies level as long as it has reasonable speed.2. if it windy throw it across the wind. i.e. not into the wind or with the wind - It will still fly straight!!!Have fun!

I remember having one of these as a child. So looking around for some more Lockdown excercise we bought this. Great fun for all of our little family. Looks good flies great.Easy on the hands, the material this is made from is rubberised so good for catching. Have to watch the kids don't throw it in anger, it will easily fly 60-80m from a childs angry throw.Would recommend, and buy again if the need arose.
